A French investigative website has published photos of Benalla posing with a gun in a fun photo with a waitress during a campaign stop weeks ahead of the May election — without any known authorization to be armed. Benalla was subsequently fired after the May Day beating and has been handed preliminary charges for violence. Late Monday, Mediapart published a photo of Benalla and two other security guards posing with a waitress. Benalla is seen holding a gun. France has strict gun control laws and the picture with the waitress seems to contradict several claims by Benalla.

Can anyone recommend spare parts I should keep on hand? Assuming that you can detail strip your pistol, I recommend the following parts be kept on hand: Me again, the guy with his first Glock. I am looking at what I believe to be the ejector. Is it supposed to be bent inward, toward the centerline of the pistol? The same frame is used for both. The ejector needs to be bent on the 10 mm.

Firearms folk had been hankering for a slim, single-stack, Tenifer-coated, easily-concealable nine since, well, late in the first Clinton administration. But Smyrna and their Teutonic overlords had other plans. In their judgement, what America really needed was a slim, single-stack, Tenifer-coated, easily-concealable. As the teaser ad claimed, the only other thing smaller than the G42 that fires every time is a freaking Zippo lighter. But more on reliability later.

Comments Read by 19, people Our hearts go out to the families of those slain in the senseless shooting this morning at Sandyhook Elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut. At least 27 people, including 18 children, have been killed. Reports indicate that most of the children were of kindergarten age. They never stood a chance once a gunman entered their classrooms and indiscriminately opened fire.
Many of our readers have children, and most of us are engaging in conversations with family and friends about the horrific shootings. This morning, parents in Newton dropped their kids off at school like any normal day, expecting to see them when the Friday afternoon dismissal bell rang. No sense can be made from a senseless event such as this. There is nothing that can prevent a psychotic breakdown such as the one the shooter must have experienced prior to entering this school.
We will never be able to stop random acts of violence, because they are, in most instances, impossible to predict.

All of that said, I have absolutely no use for any of the new Gen 4 Glocks, and think Glock has taken a step backward with this latest version. The Glock is not a perfect handgun, but as far as I am concerned everything that was wrong with the Gen 3 Glocks has gone unchanged in the Gen 4s. What was wrong with the Gen 3s? If there is one part of a carry gun that gets banged around the most it is the rear sight, and if you drop a Glock on its plastic factory sights, they will break or deform.
I have seen plastic Glock sights worn down through holster friction by shooters just practicing drawing their pistol from the holster. Another complaint I have with the Gen 3s is the trigger pull.

Daisy 25 dating information — Part 1 Posted on by B. One of them, the one about the Daisy No. They want to know which version of the gun they have. This will give me a page to which I can refer people in the future. Even though this report will not be exhaustive, it will take more than one part to complete. Believe me, this will be a lot more informative than counting the grooves on the pump handle, which is about all we knew to do 20 years ago.
When I began collecting 25s, not a lot was known about them, or at least not a lot was written about them. A man by the name John Steed set about documenting 25s and all their characteristics in the mid s, and he published a small booklet of facts so dry they will put most non-collectors to sleep. Also, you have to bear in mind that Daisy never threw away anything. After they made changes to a design, they would continue to use the old parts until they ran out.
So, we must be careful not to invent a new type of variation on the evidence of one gun.

A handgun is a short-barreled firearm designed to be fired with only one hand. The two most common handgun sub-types in use today are revolvers and semi-automatic pistols.. In the days before mass production, handguns were often considered a badge of office, much the same as a sword.
The only way that things will change there. Back when I bought it, knew nothing about Glock. It was the first. Took it to the range and thought it was the most uncontrollable weapon I had ever handled. I had lots of Glock owners tell me what I needed to do with the weapon. To this day, I have not and that was over 20 years and many, many weapons ago. However, many of the folks I shoot with think that Glock is just the moon and then some.
I wonder, if you have small hands, has the gen 4 fixed the problem of the weapon wanting to twist in your hand so badly. I would like a little more oomph than 9mm, and have been considering. Should I go look at Glock again or if I take it to the range will I be looking, on the second round, at the wrong end of the barrel? I am not new to shooting. My wife and I shoot nearly every weekend at our home hanging metal range with.

Pre-incorporation — [ edit ] Before the existence of a formal police department, the first night watch was established in Boston in In , the watch was reorganized, and the watchmen carried a badge of office, a rattle, and a six-foot pole, which was painted blue and white with a hook on one end and a bill on the other. The hook was used to grab fleeing criminals, and the rounded “bill” was used as a weapon.

Originally posted by armyfi View Post Does anyone carry a Glock 27 as a duty weapon. If so what kind of Holster do you carry. Have a great day The G27 is a subcompact suited for off duty carry. I have one and as far as qualification, when we carried full size beretta 96’s I consistently shot with the G27 and just at or above 95 with the Beretta in phases of fire from the 7yrd line to the 25yd line. However, the G27 is a stout recoiled little gun and harder to control than a full size pistol and on duty that’s very important.
Off duty usually most gun fights are defensive situations or temporary situations to safe a life or temporarily stop a crook til the calvary arrives for this reason I believe duty weapons in the glocks should be atleast a Glock 23 at minimul but a Glock 22 is perfect for duty size. Duty guns I think especially for Patrol carry should be standard full size hi cap weapons that are easily controled in situations where many more shots may be need compared to off duty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rob H from Not As Advertised Like most of the other reviewers, I bought several of these Glock 27 11 round magazines, and none of them would take more than 10 rounds, and even then, only with a lot of finesse in loading them. I would recommend this to a friend because of the grip extension and to me that was more important than the extra 2 rounds. Makes my Glock 27 fit my hand perfectly, without adding excessive weight.
The finger extension that allows “more” rounds to be put in the mag. Also as hard as I try I can only Force 10 rounds in the magazines and the 10th Barely goes in. Better off buying the 9 round mag. OK, it, I assume, is a factory Glock mag! The bad, it does not really have an 11 round capacity. No way could I ram 11 rounds in it, even with a factory Glock mag feeder.
